I just woke up frome a dream where i was in the woods and i ran head to head to a huge black bull. We were only feet apart staring each other in the eye. I knew he was going to run me down the second i saw him and about 5 seconds after looking him in the eye, he did! The second he charged at me, Rob came out of nowhere and slapped him in the face right as he was an inch away from me. I woke up right then and Robs name flashed through my mind and the last time i saw him or herd his name was at a pbr event in raleigh nc over 20 years ago. I dont even watch pbr! Thats why im here now writing this comment. THANKYOU ROB SMETS FOR COMING BACK TO MY DREAMS 20 YEARS LATER AND SAVING ME !!!!

I feel like Glenn Keeley & Brent Thurman’s deaths get a little overshadowed sometimes by Lane Frost’s death. No disrespect to Lane of course, I look up to him just as much as everyone, but he was a world champion. Although Glenn & Brent weren’t world champions, they were just as good bull riders as Lane. Also, both Brent & Glenn were killed by world champion bulls that weren’t even mean, they just got accidentally hurt on the get off. Promiseland killed Glenn & Red Wolf stepped on Brent’s head with both feet without intentionally meaning to.

Glen was an outstanding bull rider and would have done great things in his career. If I’m not mistaken promise land was the bull that stepped on him and from what I understand walked out of the arena and went to the hospital.

An odd way to get jollies "down there" and an unnecessary disrespect to the animals who, by the way, try hard to NOT injure a fallen rider. Rethink this non-sport for its lack of true masculine strength.

How did that actually happen? I'd avoid doing it from now on.

Many don’t know Jason had major shoulder trouble and could not lift his shoulder very high or it would dislocate. You can see him in many videos, tying his free arm down with a sock to his belt. Rank man. Very gifted.
